A vacancy exists for a General Nursing Sister, reporting to the Nursing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Compliance to Badisa and internal policies, procedures, day to day clinical and care duties, professional and quality standards and systems
- Supervision, coordination, delegation and follow-up of clinical and caring tasks and responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proof of up-to-date registration with SANC (or e-register proof)
- Proof of a qualification in General Nursing
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Provide quality nursing care to the elderly
- Willingness to work shifts, as per shift roster (includes day, night, weekends and public holidays)
- The successful candidate must be able to work well in a team
REMUNERATION:
- A market related salary, as per Badisa guidelines
- Leave benefits, Subsidised Pension and Medical Aid
- Uniform allowance
